Electrical Resistance Wires
is used for electrical heating element up to 1200 degree centigrade. These are manufactured using qualitative raw materials like iron, chromium, aluminum and ferric alloy. Further, our range finds application in domestic appliances, heating elements operating in air, quartz tubes and electrical immersion heaters. Our wires are available in the form of ribbon and customers can choose resistivity in ohms/cm at 20 degree centigrade。

6.Electric Band heater
Band & nozzle heaters are ideal for every type of plastics processing equipment. These heaters are manufactured from high quality mica or micanite sheet and have Nickel Chrome resistance. It is covered by metal sheathing & can be rolled to the required shape. The use of mica is cost effective, allows the weight of the heater to be kept to a minimum and accelerating heat transfer through the sheath of the heater & into & the object requiring heat. Band heaters operate efficiently when the sheath temperatures are kept below 250 degree centigrade. If this temperature is maintained, the life of the band heaters gets long.

silicone rubber heater is an excellent dielectric material and protects the internal element from physical and environmental damage.
Silicone rubber heaters can be constructed using a resistance wire or foil as the element. Foil is chemically etched to create the element pattern. This chemical etching allows designers the flexibility to distribute wattage and create heat patterns within a single heater.

Flexible Ceramic Pad heater flexible ceramic pad heaters are designed for most preheat and post heat treatment (stress relieving) requirements on weld joined materials.
