17KW flange heater for oil heating

The parameters of this flange heater are 380V 17KW, a set of wiring control, and a supporting control system.The customer uses the flange heater to heat the oil. The temperature used according to the customer's requirements is 77 degrees Celsius. For the service life and safety of the product, the temperature we design for the customer is 100 degrees Celsius.We can customize flange heaters according to the needs of different customers. This requires confirming the drawing information of flange heaters with customers before production.

This flange heater is arranged with 6 U-shaped heating tubes, the material is SS304, and the diameter of the heating tube is 12mm. We have equipped the heating tube with a deflector and a junction box.

All heater products are energized, voltage tested, and insulation tested before leaving the factory.
