In the vibrant midsummer of July, passion and momentum fill the air. On the afternoon of July 11, Sinton Group hosted its 47th Kickoff Meeting at the group headquarters. Management staff from the group and all subsidiaries, sales elites and outstanding employee representatives gathered at the venue. The meeting reviewed the achievements of the first half of the year and officially kicked off the decisive campaign for the third quarter with high morale.

Wang Aihua, Rotating Chairperson of Sinton Group, delivered a speech at the event. She first congratulated all subsidiaries on exceeding the business targets set for the first half year, and fully recognized the dedication and perseverance of all Sinton staff amid a complex market environment. She pointed out that driven by favorable policies including the national development of the new energy system under the 15th Five-Year Plan and the electrification transformation of electric heating in the steel industry, Sinton is embracing historic development opportunities.

Looking ahead to the third quarter, Chairperson Wang put forward three expectations for all employees: First, stay committed to the long-term strategy and stick to tough yet right decisions. Challenges build industrial barriers, while right choices pave the way for future growth. Second, prioritize clients with sincere dedication. Products and services may become homogeneous in the market, but heartfelt commitment can never be replicated. Trust between the company and clients forms our core competitive edge. Third, keep learning and pursue self-breakthrough continuously. Explore proactively to broaden horizons, make the most of digital and AI tools, and strive for greater possibilities.

At the end of her address, she shared three mottos to inspire every team member: Grow by working on the front lines and exploring the world with your own feet; No strong wings can withstand storms in a greenhouse, and strength always comes through trials and tempering; Learn from everyone and keep polishing yourself to become better.
