24V/96W diameter 6mm* 600mm cartridge heater with oven temperature protected fuse had been finished already. They are packed well and ready to delivery now.
Technical requirements:
1. The heating element sheath is made of 304 stainless steel, and the effective heating part is below the thread
2. Work continuously for 1000 hours without damage
3. The insulation resistance between heating element and outer tube shall be ≥ 500 Ω, and the insulation voltage resistance value shall be ≥ 1000V
4. Oil and high temperature resistant conductor shall be adopted
5. Single wire system is adopted, and the heating element is insulated from the stainless steel shell
