Sinton PI electrothermal film, also known as high-temperature electrothermal film, is a semi-transparent metal flexible electrothermal film with sandwich structure.

The insulating layer is a polyimide film;

Polyimide film has good insulation strength; Excellent electrical strength; High heat conduction efficiency and the like;

The heater is made of special alloy foil, and its resistance has super stability, which makes it widely applicable to the heating field and can obtain high temperature control accuracy.

Advantages:

1. The occupied space is extremely small; Extremely light weight; Extremely thin

2. Very soft, its minimum bending radius is only about 0.8mm

3. The shape and size are extremely flexible, especially suitable for making flexible electrothermal film elements with small positive surface.

4. The surface power density can be up to 7.8 W/cm2 by planar heating. Therefore, this product series has the characteristics of better heating uniformity and faster heating rate.

6. As a protective layer, the insulating film has extremely low saturated vapor pressure, extremely low outgassing property, and excellent chemical corrosion resistance, antibacterial property and radiation resistance. Therefore, this series of electrothermal film products is applicable.

7. In a vacuum environment, in contact with oil and most chemicals (e.g., acid, chemical solvents, general lye).

8. This series of products is safe, reliable and has a long service life. Therefore, it is widely used in various heaters, hair curlers, hair straighteners, heating cups, heating plates, medical care, etc. Easy to install, it can be pasted with double-sided adhesive or fixed on the heated body by mechanical method.
