The far-infrared radiation heating device uses the embedded far-infrared ceramic tile as the heating source, which is installed in a plate frame made of stainless steel and evenly distributed, and its temperature measuring probe is also bonded in the far-infrared ceramic heating plate, so as to measure the accurate surface temperature of the heater during heating.

 

When the far infrared heater is powered on, it will quickly rise to the set temperature in a short time. At the same time, a layer of zirconia coating sintered on the surface of the ceramic heating tile will generate molecular vibration under the action of temperature after being heated, resulting in far infrared waves.

The wavelength of this heater can accelerate the movement of volatile substances and water molecules on the surfaces of various substances, and achieve rapid decomposition, which can make the surface of the baked goods achieve the effect of curing and drying in a short time. It is used in various industries such as paint drying, food drying, medicine drying, gel coating drying and curing, drying and shaping in vacuum blister cars, etc., and has ideal effects and uses.

 

Sinton ceramic emitter are widely used in pre-heating of plastic sheets for vacuum forming & thermoforming, drying paints, lacquer & varnish curing, drying printing inks, drying textiles, activating adhesives, removing surface water from objects or moisture removal from fabric and paper, animal husbandry and rearing.
