It enters the mold with high-quality metal alloy material as shell and is cast into various shapes by centrifugal casting, including round, flat, right angle, air-cooled, water-cooled and other special shapes.

Our extruder barrel & die heaters are made of aluminum or bronze.

The surface load of the brass casted heaters can reach 3.5-5.0w/cm2, and the highest working temperature is 600-700℃.
