Molten salt electric heater, also known as nitrate furnace or nitrate tank, is a kind of heating device which uses special tubular electric heating elements combined with flange cluster to form a heating whole with pressure vessel, and uses heating nitrate to melt nitrate as heating medium.

Generally, this heating method is integrated with the molten salt tank. When nitrate at room temperature is poured into the molten salt tank, a small number of electric heating elements in the molten salt tank are used to preheat it and make it become liquid. Then, the molten salt is pumped into the heater by the molten salt pump to further increase the temperature of the molten salt, and the purpose of heating is basically completed when it reaches the outlet of the molten salt heater. Thus, the user's heating equipment is integrated into a circular whole, and it is continuously heated to ensure the process temperature of the user. It is simple and safe.
