Vertical pipeline nitrogen heater 380V 4KW

The parameter of this pipe heater is 380V 4KW, which is used by the customer to heat nitrogen, and the temperature used according to the customer's requirement is 450 degrees Celsius, and for the sake of the service life and safety of the product, the temperature we designed for the customer is 475 degrees Celsius. We can do heat preservation treatment for the heater according to different customers' requirements, which needs to be agreed beforehand. Default factory is not to do insulation.

The material of the heating element of this vertical pipe heater is SS321, the material of the vessel is 304, and we have equipped the inner part of the equipment and the outlet of the gas with thermocouples for detecting the temperature.
