The specifications of this flange heater are 480V 56KW, with a group wiring control and a matching control system. The customer intends to use the flange heater for heating oil, with a required temperature range of 30 to 60 degrees Celsius. However, for the longevity and safety of the product, we have designed the heater for a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

We can customize flange heaters according to different customer requirements, but this would require confirming the flange heater's drawings with the customer prior to production.

This flange heater is equipped with 18 U-shaped heating tubes made of SS316L material, with a diameter of 12mm. The heating tubes are also equipped with deflectors and junction boxes.

Before leaving the factory, all heater products will undergo tests including powering on, pressure testing, and insulation testing.
