31KW flange heater for mixed gas heating

The specifications of this flange heater are 380V 31KW, with a group wiring control and a matching control system. The customer intends to use the flange heater for heating mixed gases, with a required temperature range of 500 to 600 degrees Celsius. However, for the longevity and safety of the product, we have designed the heater for a temperature of 750 degrees Celsius.

We can customize flange heaters according to different customer requirements, but this would require confirming the flange heater's drawings with the customer prior to production.

This flange heater is equipped with 15 cylindrical heaters made of SS310S material, with a diameter of 24mm. The heating tubes are also equipped with multiple temperature sensing points for monitoring.

Before leaving the factory, all heater products will undergo tests including powering on, pressure testing, and insulation testing.
