Carrying Forward the Spirit of Model Workers and Discussing the Future of Industry — Yandu District Model Worker & Craftsman Association Visits Sinton Group
Recently, the Yandu District Model Worker & Craftsman Association, together with the Labor and Economic Department of the District Federation of Trade Unions, visited Sinton Group for on-site research and discussions. The event focused on the contemporary value and industrial driving force of the “Model Worker Spirit,” showcasing the vivid practice of integrating model worker leadership with enterprise innovation.

As a Labor Model of Yancheng City and the Chairman of Sinton Group, Mr. Wang Fuhua shared his entrepreneurial journey spanning more than two decades during the symposium. From a modest 20-square-meter storefront to today’s diversified industrial layout covering intelligent manufacturing and green energy, he has deeply embedded the spirit of “dedication and pursuit of excellence” into the company’s DNA, transforming it into an internal driving force for continuous growth. Under his leadership, Sinton has obtained over 200 patents, participated in the formulation of industry standards, and, guided by Party building, established an integrated “four-in-one” governance model that advances both technological innovation and social responsibility.
The visiting association highly recognized Sinton Group’s development path and corporate culture, noting that:

“The spirit of model workers is a valuable asset for enterprise development. Comrade Wang Fuhua has demonstrated through his actions the diligence and responsibility of a model worker in the new era, setting a benchmark for the region’s industrial progress.”

This exchange was not only a research activity but also a spiritual resonance and joint exploration of development. Looking ahead, Sinton Group will continue to promote the spirit of model workers and craftsmen, strengthen technological innovation and cross-industry collaboration, actively fulfill its role as an industry leader, and contribute ‘Sinton Power’ to the high-quality development of the regional economy.
