On November 15, Chen Fenggang, President of the Yancheng MBA Association, led a delegation of nearly 30 elite members to visit Sinton Group. Guests were guided into the core production area of Sinton’s thermal manufacturing workshops, where automated production lines operated efficiently and digital dashboards updated key data in real time. The delegation observed the full precision manufacturing process of nano electric heating tubes up close. From its humble beginning in a 20-square-meter storefront to today’s business spanning 120 countries with total assets exceeding 300 million RMB, Sinton has spent 23 years deeply cultivating the energy-saving heating field, using technological innovation to achieve cost reduction and efficiency gains—an impressive development trajectory that left the audience in awe.
During the sharing session, Chairman Wang Fuhua generously imparted key insights. He detailed the company’s long-term collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shanghai Maritime University in integrating industry, academia, and research to establish a technological moat in graphene-based nano heating technology, leading to the acquisition of over 100 patents. He also introduced Sinton’s unique partnership model—“bringing capital, talent, and resources.” Through the employee shareholding platform, core talents become true stakeholders in the business, a concept that resonated strongly with the entrepreneurs present.
The interactive session was lively, with cross-industry ideas sparking innovative thinking. Wang Guoxin, Executive President of the Yancheng Software Association, and his team proposed an “AI + IoT” smart thermal operation and maintenance solution, offering a technological direction for equipment upgrades. Secretary-General Guo Chunsheng and the Financial Industry Federation team presented a customized financing proposal combining an “energy-saving transformation fund + revenue sharing” model, helping to address project investment challenges. MBA Association members also contributed practical suggestions on market expansion and brand development. Multiple cooperation intentions were reached on-site.
